<Biography>
ANDRZEJ J. STROJWAS is Joseph F. and Nancy Keithley Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. Since 1997 he has served as Chief Technologist at PDF Solutions, Inc. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA, in 1982. He has held positions at Harris Semiconductor Co., AT&T Bell Laboratories, Texas Instruments, NEC, HITACHI, SEMATECH, KLA-Tencor and PDF Solutions, Inc. He serves as consultant to a number of industrial laboratories in the area of statistically based CAD/CIM of VLSIC's. His research interests include modeling of IC equipment, fabrication processes and semiconductor devices, computer-aided design and verification of VLSI circuits, and control and diagnosis of the IC fabrication processes. In 1985 he received an award for the best paper published in the IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems, and the Best Paper Award at the 22nd IEEE-ACM Design Automation Conference. He is also a recipient of the SRC Inventor Recognition Award. He received the 1991 Best Paper Award from IEEE Transactions on Semiconductor Manufacturing. He was Editor of the IEEE Transactions on CAD of ICAS from 1987 to 1989. He served as Technical Program Chairman of the 1988 ICCAD and Conference Chairman of the 1989 ICCAD. Between 1991 and 1994 he was a Chairman of the IEEE Computer-Aided Network Design (CANDE) Committee and a member of the IEEE Steering Committee for Design and Manufacturing Engineering. In 1990 he was elected IEEE Fellow.

<Biography>
Chia Song Hwee has served on our Board of Directors and as our President and Chief Executive Officer since June 2002. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Chia had served as our Chief Administrative Officer since September 2000, as our Senior Vice President since February 2000 and as our Chief Financial Officer since December 1997. Mr. Chia was our Director of Finance from April 1996 to December 1997. Since joining our company in 1996, his responsibilities have steadily expanded to include the areas of finance, strategic development, technology alliances and legal. From May 1992 through December 1994, Mr. Chia was Regional Financial Controller (Asia and Middle East) for Anadrill Technical Services, Inc. From January 1995 to April 1996, Mr. Chia was Regional Controller (Asia, Australia and Middle East) for Sedco Forex Technical Services, Inc. Mr. Chia received his Bachelor of Business (Accountancy), with distinction, from Edith Cowan University, Australia and is a Certi fied Practicing Accountant by the Australian Society of CPAs.

Mr.Kawamoto Yoshifumi Kawamoto

<Biography>
Mr. Yoshifumi Kawamoto has been Director General Manager of R&D Department inConsortium for Advanced Semiconductor Materials and Related Technologies since April 2003. He joined Central Research Laboratory of Hitachi, Ltd. in April 1973. He was responsible for development of semiconductor process technologies for LSI, and process integration technologies for MOS memory devices. He became General Manager of ULSI Process Development Department in Semiconductor and Integrated Circuits Division of Hitachi in February 1995, and General Manager of Process Development Department in Device Development Center of Hitachi in August 1996, and then Deputy General Manager of Device Development Center in December 1999. He moved to Semiconductor Group of Hitachi as General Manager of Advanced Process Technology Division in April 2001, and returned to Device Development Center as General Manager of Semiconductor Technology Development Division. He was named Senior Chief Eng ineer of Device Development Center in October 2002.He received master degree in Physics from Osaka University in March 1973.

Mr.Saito Shozo Saito

<Biography>
Mr.Shozo Saito was born Gifu, Japan on July 9, 1950. He received the B.S. degree in applied physics from Waseda University in 1973. He Joined Toshiba Corporation since April 1973. He was engaged research and development of memory device in the Toshiba Research and Development Center in October 1973. In 1979, he transferred to the Semiconductor Device Engineering Laboratory, where he was engaged in the development of high-density dynamic RAM`s. In,1998, he transferred to Semiconductor System Engineering Center, where he was engaged in the memory application engineering. In 1998, he transferred to the Toshiba America Electronic Component. He was returned to Japan in April 2000, and engaged General Manager of DRAM Department. In 2004, he transferred to Memory Technology Executive of Semiconductor Company. Since May 2004, he is engaged Vice president & General manger of Memory division. In 2006, he was promoted Executive Vice President of Toshiba Semiconductor Co mpany and Corporate Vice President of Toshiba Corporation.

Mr.Ushida Kazuo Ushida
President, Precision Equipment Company, Nikon Corporation

<Biography>
Kazuo Ushida is the President of the Precision Equipment Company within Nikon Corporation, Tokyo, Japan. In this role, he is responsible for the development, manufacture, and sales of IC and LCD lithography equipment. In addition, he serves as a Senior Executive Officer of Nikon Corporation.

Ushida graduated from the University of Tokyo in 1975 with a Bachelor's degree of Physics in Engineering and joined Nikon Corporation as an optical designer. Beginning with Nikon's first steppers in 1980, Ushida was responsible for the design of many of the lenses used in Nikon lithography equipment. After holding a number of management positions within Optics Design and Development, he was promoted to his current position in 2005.

Mr.Koh Young-Bum Koh
Senior Vice President, Technology Center, Semiconductor Business, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.

<Biography>
Dr. Young-Bum Koh joined Samsung Electronics in 1980 and since then he has worked mainly for Fab process and manufacturing technology development. In 2004, he was promoted to senior vice president and now hefs in charge of equipment development, system engineering and manufacturing technology of Memory Division.

He majored in chemical engineering from Seoul National University, Korea. He also received a masterfs degree in chemical engineering in Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) and a PhD in electrical engineering from Osaka University, Japan.
